At Maison Kieu Beauté, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following policies.

Appointments

Appointments are reserved specifically for each guest. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment experience.

Deposit & Card on File

A deposit or valid credit card on file is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellation Policy

To respect the time reserved exclusively for each guest, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled guest. Full service pricing will still apply.

Maison Kieu Beauté accepts all major credit and debit cards.
